Evergreen terms

Evergreen’s source code is provided under the Apache License 2.0 and without warranties or conditions beyond those stated in that license. The Evergreen name and visual identity are covered separately by the brand asset terms.

Users are responsible for reviewing findings, migration guidance, suggested commands, dependency changes, and agent-made edits before applying them. Lifecycle evidence can change, and Evergreen does not guarantee that every deprecation or unsupported component will be detected.

Evergreen is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub, npm, the Python Software Foundation, or the maintainers of packages and actions it analyzes.
