Level is the promise recorded in benchmarks/thresholds.json. Earned level is the highest level the counted corpus evidence supports under decision 0013. Where a level is higher than its earned level, the row says so.

Limitations
- A precision of 1.0 means no regression against this corpus. The expected findings were written by reviewing the same commits, so it does not show that the detectors generalize to unseen repositories. See ADR 0013 and issue #740.
